Welcome to Resilient Roots Yoga at Blue Fox Wellness—we’re happy to have you here!
We now offer donation-based yoga for our clients and the community. Our schedule is updated monthly on our website. Since we are a small practice, spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Upcoming Classes
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first class so we can get you set up and have you sign any necessary paperwork. You're welcome to bring your own mat or use one of ours. All of our flows are beginner-friendly. Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing that fully covers bathing suit areas. If you choose to wear shorts, we ask that they fit snugly around the legs.
