Meet the Team
At our clinical therapy practice, our mission is to empower individuals to achieve holistic wellness through an integrative approach that combines mind-body techniques, such as EMDR and Brainspotting, in addition to traditional talk therapy. We believe that healing involves addressing both the mental and physical aspects of a person's well-being, and we are committed to providing a safe and supportive space for our clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Our goal is to help individuals develop resilience, increase self-awareness, and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationship with the world around them, so they can lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.
Blue Fox Wellness was founded in 2021.
